DPIL’s Live Investor Data Room is now available to interested and suitably qualified investors who wish to review further information about the company and its current opportunity.
The data room provides relevant company documentation and supporting materials. It is also the information environment used by the company’s legal team and funding circle.
Requesting access
Investors can request access by submitting their details through DPIL’s investor enquiry process. The following documentation is required:
- A completed NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement).
- Valid photographic identification.
- Proof of residential address dated within the last 60 days.
All information supplied is subject to the applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Confidential investor information
Data room access is provided on a controlled and confidential basis. Once the required information and documentation have been received and reviewed, eligible applicants may be provided with access credentials.
The data room may contain confidential corporate, commercial, legal and financial information. Information accessed through it must be treated in accordance with the applicable confidentiality arrangements and the terms of the NCNDA.
