From Covid Solutions to Global Asset Acquisition.
Distribution Products (International) Ltd began in 2021 as Disinfection Products with the mission of providing environmentally safe disinfection solutions during the Covid-19 pandemic. As the global situation rapidly stabilised, the long-term viability of the original business diminished. Protecting shareholder interests became crucial.
The company subsequently broadened its scope, adopting new trading activities and rebranding as Distribution Products (International) Ltd. These activities provided stability, but the Board recognised that the company’s structure and investor base were capable of supporting a far more ambitious, value-driven direction.
