Through its connections in fresh produce disinfection one particular product came to our attention and kept cropping up each time we spoke with senior members of this Industry.
It was clear that there was a major World shortage of cooking oil, and in particular “Sunflower Oil” With the prices of Olive Oil going through the roof, and the discontinuance of Palm Oil. Due to both its health and ecological benefits Sunflower Oil has become the Cooking Oil of choice.
